Where We Ship From

Nurture Needs Australia offers fast and free shipping Australia-wide. Depending on stock availability and product type, your items may be shipped from:

  • Our Australian-based warehouses (typically in Victoria or New South Wales), or
  • Trusted international suppliers (e.g. China).

We aim to provide you with the best value and range, which means we partner with both local and overseas fulfilment centres.

Handling & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic stock: 4–14 business days
  • International stock: 7–20 business days
  • Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are sourced from different warehouses.
  • Delivery timeframes may vary due to factors like courier delays, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

If you are on the tail end of the delivery period, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. This doesn’t occur often but can during busy periods, with most of this being out of our control and within the control of the postal services. We also offer fast and free delivery Australia-wide on all orders with no minimum purchase requirements, unless otherwise specified.

Please note that whilst some of our products are stored and shipped from Australia, they are not made in Australia. Our products are typically made in China to ensure you get your useful products at affordable prices.
