All conditions outlined below follow the Australian Consumer Law Consumer Rights & Guarantees.

14-Day Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee (Change of Mind)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your item. If you change your mind within this period, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the item:

  • Is in good physical condition
  • Has not been used, misused, or damaged

In some cases, you may be able to keep the item without returning it this is decided at our discretion.


Faulty or Damaged Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described
  • Not fit for purpose

There is no strict time limit on reporting faulty products, but we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may require:

  • A brief written explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault

Return Process

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting images or video (if applicable)

If a return is required, we will provide a return address. In some cases, this may be a local Australian warehouse, or an international fulfilment partner (e.g., in China), depending on where the item was shipped from.


Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs when:

  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • A return is requested by us as part of our 14-day money-back guarantee

To be reimbursed, you must provide a valid shipping receipt, and we will refund that amount via PayPal or bank transfer.


Refund Timeframe

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank for an update
  • If still unresolved, reach out to us via the Contact Us page

 

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • More than 14 days have passed and the request is for change of mind
  • You misused or damaged the item
  • You no longer need the product
  • You were aware of the item’s faults before purchase
  • You found the item cheaper elsewhere
  • You simply ordered the wrong item
